生理前は何もできないし、ずっと混乱して困ります。 精神的な症状が強く、婦人科じゃ対処できないらしいけど、心療内科はなかなか行きにくいです。 エクオールを飲むとちょっとましになるけど、毎月毎月、まともに暮らせない期間があって辛い。
